Why not do this with a friend or acquaintance?
Have a conversation along the lines of a podcast and have the PLR guides your thoughts.
This can be recorded and uploaded to YouTube and other video sharing sites.
If you want to provide your followers and potential subscribers a more in-depth look into who you are, you may also do it using audio.
Then upload it to SoundCloud and other audio sharing sites.

There are many ways to make the PLR you buy, your own.
Adding it your website is the most popular.
But there are many ways to repurpose it for your benefit.
This is what most well known marketers do.
