In the last few years, being able to make money with low-content products has become more popular because it’s easy and cheap to get started.
People are building their own brands and making money from low-content products.
Some people use services like Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) to make their own low-content products right on Amazon.
You can do a lot of things here!
And now, with the power of PLR content, making your own low-content products and selling them has never been faster or easier.
Now, before we get too far ahead of ourselves, let’s talk about what low-content products are.
Books with low content are ones that don’t have much to say.
They don’t have much text or many pictures, and some of them don’t have anything on them at all (no content).
Some Examples of Low Content Products

This is by no means a complete list, and for each of the products I listed above, there are hundreds or even thousands of different versions, niches, topics, etc.
We could all start making low-content products, and we would never run out of ideas for them.

There are a lot of ideas and ways to do it.
Now, you could spend a lot of time coming up with your own ideas and writing the little bit of content you would need to make them happen.

Warning: You can’t use PLR content as is if you sell low-content products on KDP. You must edit it.
If you want to sell low-content products on KDP, make sure you know how to use PLR to make them.
Here’s what you need to do to get your own low-content products up and running with PLR content:
Step 1: Find Out What Kinds of PLR Content You Can Get
The first thing you’ll do is go to Google and start looking for low-content products for which you can get the PLR.

Look for “low content PLR” or any of the low-content products with PLR I listed above.
Use “journal PLR” or “coloring book PLR” as examples.
You know what I mean.
Really spend some time doing your homework!
Step 2: Write Down Ideas From Your Research on a List
As you do your research, write down any ideas you have for your own low-content products.
Keep track of the URLs of the places where you can buy the content you need to make your low-content products.
This is another area where you should take your time and spend a lot of time doing research.
No matter how long it takes.
Spend the time!
Once you have a few ideas, pick one and buy the PLR content you need to make it.

Keep in mind that this is PLR content, so you can change it and add anything you want.
Keep an open mind about what you can get PLR for.
Step 3: Decide Where And How To Sell Your Low Content Product
You should decide how you will sell your low-content product before you start making it.
Using a print-on-demand service like KDP is the best and easiest way to do it, but there are others like BookBaby, Lulu, etc.

You can also build a brand for your products with low content.
Do your research and decide where and how to sell your low-content product in the best way for you.
Step 4: Put Your First Idea to Use
Once you’ve decided where you’ll sell your low-content product and gotten it made, it’s time to get to work making your low-content product!
Take your PLR content, spend a little time making it unique to you, add anything else you want, and then format it for where you’re selling it.

For example, if you want to use KDP, they have rules, sizes, etc. that you need to follow.
Different print-on-demand (POD) sites have different rules, so make sure you make it the right way for where you’re selling it.
Step 5: Start Selling Your Product With Little to No Content
At this point, your new low-content product will be ready to sell.
How you start getting people to your site to start making sales will depend on where you’re selling.
If you use KDP, you can take advantage of the fact that Amazon already gets a lot of traffic by optimizing your listing and/or using their paid advertising platform.

If you’re going to be the only one driving traffic, you’ll need to make a marketing plan for yourself.
Step 6: Do it Again and Again
When you make a low-content product for the first time, you might not hit a home run.
Still, don’t let that stop you!
Maybe only a few people buy that first product each week.
What if you had five, ten, fifty, or more of these low-content products on the market, and only a few of them sold every week?
Every time you add a low-content product to your empire, you add a new way to make money, so keep doing what you’ve learned here.

You might even come up with a few “home runs” that make you a lot of money.
