How to Write Blogs Posts With PLR – Save Time and Stress

How to write Blog posts with PLR

Looking to know How to Write Blogs Posts With PLR?

Then you’re in the right place.

You must reach out to new audiences if you want to build a successful online business.

One of the most effective methods to do this is via the creation of compelling material on your blog.

In addition to providing you with new content to post on social media, it also provides you with additional opportunity to rank well for phrases your target clients are looking for.

The difficulty is that creating new material from scratch requires a significant amount of time and work.

So let me share with you one of my favorite time-saving strategies, which begins with pre-written articles (called private label rights content, PLR, or white label content).

Now, here’s the thing: there is a proper and improper method to use white label material.

It has the potential to be a strong tool and a time-saving shortcut for developing customized content for your target audience.

However, merely copying and pasting the PLR content onto your website will provide little to no results for you.

It all comes down to the quality of the resources you get and the use you make of those materials.

Allow me to demonstrate how to do this with your next white label content bundle.

1. Use PLR articles to create new blog posts for your audience

I’m curious how long it takes you to compose the initial draft of a new blog article for your site.

How long does it take from having an idea to putting the words on the page?

If you’re fast, you may do this in as little as 30 minutes if you have a good concept to begin with and don’t need to conduct much research.

Write Blog Posts Faster

The question is what happens on the days when inspiration is lacking.

White label material comes to the rescue in these situations.

The subject matter for your blog does not have to be something you look for.

A concept that has been well investigated is the starting point, and the bulk of your material is already written for you.

It is your responsibility to refine and enhance it so that it resonates to your target audience.

This does not have to be a time-consuming or hard process.

One of the easiest and simplest ways is to to do this:

Anyhow, I’m going to presume that you have a clear understanding of your target audience.

Private label rights is often written in a very general manner.

It is your responsibility to modify as necessary in order to inflect your voice and — more importantly — communicate with your audience.

This is a lot faster and less time-consuming procedure than producing a blog article from start.

2. Significantly reduce the amount of time spent brainstorming and doing research

Do you recall the beginnings of your blog’s existence?

You were under the impression that you would never run out of subjects to write about.

After a few years, or even a few months, it might be difficult to come up with new content ideas.

Speed up content creation

This is especially true for bloggers.

Instead, why not delegate the task to your preferred PLR service provider instead?

The PLR material should, if done right, be thoroughly researched.

For this reason alone, some white label clients purchase article bundles – they read through the articles and then sit down to produce a few blog posts of their own based on the research.

This way you obtain more value out of a PLR bundle.

You also avoid the time-consuming task of thinking and researching.

3. Pre-written content might help you avoid writer’s block altogether

You could find yourself looking at a blank screen, trying to think of anything to write about, only to have the cursor flash furiously at you because the words won’t come.

Overcome Writer's block

Take a look over some of the white label content, choose one article, and paste it into your document as a draft.

After you’ve created a framework to guide you, you can bend and shape it into an interesting piece that your readers will be excited to read.

There are a variety of tools that can help you do this super quickly.

All it takes is the incorporation of your voice, the inclusion of information that is personal to you/your business, a little formatting to fit your style, and an eye-catching graphic to make your message stand out.

Image-pack

There will be no more writer’s block since the majority of the work has already been completed for you.

4. Maintain Consistency in Your Content Publishing Schedule

Fresh material on your website is highly regarded by the major search engines.

Your readers like hearing from you on a frequent basis (or so I kid myself lol).

Plan Your Content Marketing Schedule

In a perfect world, we’d all be putting out new material three to five times a week, on average.

What happens, though, when you fall behind?

What happens when you are too busy to build a new product, service your coaching customers, go on vacation, or become ill because you are too busy?

Simple… just do what many professional, full-time bloggers do, which is to start using pre-written material from other sources.

Blogging Can Be Tough – And Why PLR Helps

Obviously it varies but according to a recent study by OrbitMedia, it takes on average 4 hours and one minute to write a blog post from scratch.

Add to that, the average blog post is a little over 1,400 words.

These days, a few hundred words is not enough.

Delving deeper into this, most bloggers are publishing posts at least weekly, some a few times a week.

The most popular kinds of articles the research found are a mix of ‘how to’, lists and guides.

Plus, you need media (images, videos…etc)

This all takes a lot of time.

Begin to Use PLR

This is one of the reasons I began to use PLR.

I would take a set of articles, use it as a base, re-write it using Quilbott and then add my own voice.

That part required me to craft an introduction and a summary at the very least.

Plus add in some extra sentences.

The trouble I found though, was that most PLR is too short.

Short PLR Blog Posts

500-700 words or thereabouts.

So when I began my own PLR brand, I wanted to make sure:

  • The articles were longer and more in depth
  • Media was provided (videos and images)
  • So were references

But also, I asked myself:

What do most people want when they write a blog post?

Do they want to have a person read it and then leave?

No, people want their content to convert (into leads, sales or whatever).

So, I realised that I needed to provide more than just simply well researched and written articles.

Grow Your List With Upgrades

With PLR content upgrades, you can increase your subscriber base.

video-Upgrades

You can use a PLR bundle to make content upgrades (lead-generation freebies).

But do you want to have to do that?

After all, it’s more time.

Therefore, we provide PDFs and interactive checklists which can be used as content upgrades.

Once you’ve added the new lead magnet to your website, you’re ready to start attracting new subscribers.

PDF-Lead-Magnet-reports

Give your readers an incentive to join your mailing list in return for your lead magnet, which contains more value.

Each of the articles you invested in will have a similar process.

One article at a time, begin writing fresh blog entries, spread the word through social media, and create backlinks to them from other related pieces on your site.

Drive some traffic to these blog pieces, and within promote your lead magnet or content upgrade.

You’ll see your mailing list expand.

Video Content PLR Offers It All

So, taking all this into account, I decided to provide more than just articles, videos along with:

Affiliate-rolodex
  • Ebooks that could sold as is and profited from
  • KW so that after the PLR was used (about 6 weeks later) then there was a base for further content
  • Image packs for help when adding the articles to your blog
  • A customer avatar to help understand the mindset of your ideal buyer
  • And full training on how to use it all
Video Content PLR Bonus

Finally, I decided to create 2 packs each month.

And keep to a business and healthy lifestyle theme.

That way, most people could use at least one of the 2 monthly packs and have ongoing content for ages.

An example being my crypto pack.

crypto cover

It’s safe to say that most people want to learn more about crypto to make money.

So, if this content was used on a blog, then also using PLR on topics like:

[all packs I made] would fit in naturally on such a blog.

And each month this would just get bigger and better

Final Words

There’s no doubt that PLR can save you time and money.

Along with removing the stress of having to write from scratch.

You will still need to do some editing and formatting though.

And of course, get some top quality PLR in the first place.
