How to Cancel your Membership Subscription
While we really hope you value your club membership and stay with us, we get that sometimes life gets in the way or things happen.
Plus we have all been in memberships where it seems impossible to cancel, and then support does not reply.
So let’s allay those fears.
There are 3 ways and it all depends on the payment method used.
NOTE: You will probably not be able to find your subscription in PayPal nor Stripe as it went through one of the two carts below.
ThriveCart
Access your customer hub here.
That should allow you see your purchases, update billing and cancel any subscriptions.
Upon cancellation your logins will not work and access will be removed.
PayKickstart
You can access your customer portal here.
You’ll need to enter your purchase-related email address and a secure email will be sent with a verification code to access your customer portal where you can view/edit billing details and access purchases.
With PKS, you can still keep access until the subscription runs out.

Just remember, if you leave it just before re-bill time, we might not get to it until too late so please give us at least 48 hours notice to be safe. 99% of the time we can do it the same day but just in case.
